How do I get an offer code?

Offer codes are provided by Arccos partners to select segments of their customer base. They are used to validate a consumer’s eligibility to access the Customer Appreciation Program offer. If you believe you should have received an offer code, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com

What is Arccos Link? 

For golfers who prefer to prefer to play without having to carry a smartphone, the Arccos Link wearable is a perfect solution. This small, ultralight device is compatible with iPhone and Android devices and seamlessly pairs with the Arccos app and sensors. Worn on a player’s belt, waistband or pocket, it tracks shots in real time – including the club used and precise location – and automatically transfers the data to a player’s smartphone via Bluetooth, either during or after the round. Once my sensors arrive, how do I pair them?

iPhone: 

  • Download Arccos from the App Store
  • Log in with account credentials you created previously
  • Once logged into the Arccos app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Android: 

  • Download the Arccos app from the Google Play Store
  • Login with the account credentials you created previously
  • Once logged into the Arccos app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Why won't the site accept my email? 

Please verify to make sure you are inputting a valid email address. If you are still experiencing difficulties and can’t proceed, it is likely you already have an active Arccos subscription. Please contact starter@arccosgolf.com for help with any issues.

How can I cancel my membership after activation?

You may cancel your membership at any time during your free trial period by e-mailing starter@arccosgolf.com or calling 844-692-7226. 


When does my free trial start?

Your free trial starts as soon as you activate your Arccos membership after inputting your shipping & billing information.
