What clubs are eligible for the Customer Appreciation Program?

Eligible clubs include all Cobra models produced in 2021 and 2022 that feature a serial number. If your club does not include a serial number, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com.


How can I find my serial number?

  • For metalwoods (Drivers / Fairways / Hybrids), the serial number can be found in one of three places on the sole. Adjustable metalwoods have the serial number in or around the pocket that contains the hosel screw while non-adjustable metalwoods will have a serial number on the hosel or along the sole near the heel of the club.
  • For iron and combo sets, only one club in the set will have a serial number and it will be found on the back of the hosel of the 6 or 8 iron.
  • For individual wedges, the serial number can be found on the back of the hosel.

If you have a custom Cobra golf club, then you will not have a serial number. Upon purchase, you received a single use code that can be used rather than a serial number. If you are having any issues, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com.

What is Arccos Caddie Link? 

For golfers who prefer to play without having to carry a smartphone, the Arccos Caddie Link wearable is a perfect solution. This small, ultralight device is compatible with iPhone and Android devices and seamlessly pairs with the Arccos Caddie app and sensors. Worn on a player’s belt, waistband or pocket, it tracks shots in real time – including the club used and precise location – and automatically transfers the data to a player’s smartphone via Bluetooth, either during or after the round. Once my sensors arrive, how do I pair them?

iPhone: 

  1. Download Arccos Caddie from the App Store
  2. Log in with account credentials you created previously
  3. Once logged into the Arccos Caddie app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Android: 

  1. Download the Arccos Caddie app from the Google Play Store
  2. Login with the account credentials you created previously
  3. Once logged into the Arccos Caddie app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Why won't it accept my email? 

Please verify to make sure you are inputting a valid email address. If you are still experiencing difficulties and can’t proceed, it is likely you already have an active Arccos Caddie subscription. For issues please contact Starter@arccosgolf.com.

Upon activation you receive a free 45-day trial to the award-winning Arccos Caddie platform. Membership automatically renews at $9.99/month, billed annually. Cancel at any time.

Your trial starts as soon as you activate your Arccos Caddie membership after inputting your shipping & billing information.
